Hydro-Québec : Making women welcome is everyone's business!
Video seen by about 10,000 Hydro-Quebec employees as part of an action plan to increase the percentage of women in the company. Designed to reduce resistance and counter prejudice against women by male employees at all levels, at a time when more and more women are performing jobs traditionally filled by men. Focus on helping people understand that hiring women in so-called non-traditional jobs is perfectly normal and natural in the Quebec of today. |
